Using this website
Catalogue information is a starting point.
The website helps visitors discover corporate gift sets, trophies and awards. It is not an online checkout and does not create an order merely because a form is submitted. You may browse, link to and print product pages for legitimate evaluation or procurement use.
Product references
Codes, images and specifications are derived from supplied catalogues. Colours can vary by screen, and displayed details may change. Confirm the exact product, dimensions, finish, contents and availability before ordering.
Prices and availability
Any catalogue price or historical commercial information is indicative unless a current written quotation states otherwise. Taxes, branding, packaging and freight may affect the final amount.
Enquiries
Submitting an enquiry asks Bhet to follow up. It does not reserve stock, establish a delivery date or oblige either party to complete a transaction.

Branding materials
You must have permission to use what you send.
If you provide a logo, name, message, image, trademark or other artwork, you represent that you are authorised to use it for the requested order. You permit Bhet and relevant production providers to use that material only as needed to evaluate, quote, proof and fulfil the request. You remain responsible for checking the proof, including spelling, dates, names, colours and placement.
Supply usable files
Vector or high-resolution artwork generally produces a more reliable proof. The exact file requirement and branding method should be confirmed for the selected product.
Check before accepting
An approved proof is the production reference. Ask for changes before approval if any name, colour, size, position or message is incorrect.
Respect third-party property
Do not submit artwork that infringes another person’s intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights, or that is unlawful or misleading.
Orders and delivery
The quotation controls the transaction.
Cancellation, replacement, payment, production, delivery, inspection and dispute terms depend on the confirmed order and should appear in the commercial documents exchanged for that order. Custom-branded goods may not be reusable or resalable, so cancellation or return rights can differ from unbranded stock. Do not assume a deadline is guaranteed until it is accepted in writing.
